Horne Kia in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a dependable Janitor/Custodian to keep our dealership clean, safe, and welcoming. You will regularly clean offices, showrooms, restrooms, and common areas, and ensure floors are swept, mopped, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to support a professional showroom environment. Previous custodial experience is preferred but a strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain dealership offices, showrooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.

Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.

Clean windows, glass doors, counters, and other surfaces as needed.

Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.

Help maintain a neat, sanitary, and professional appearance throughout the dealership.

Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Assist with additional cleaning and facility maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean work environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are important.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
