Triad Service Solutions is seeking a dependable Overnight Cleaner to maintain professional office buildings during evening hours in Blythewood, SC. The role involves nightly cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, and other common areas with attention to detail and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision while traveling between buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Able to manage time and complete assigned work within the scheduled shift.
• Able to travel between assigned buildings when required.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, conference rooms, lobbies, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, stairways, elevators, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Spot clean carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Dust and wipe desks, furniture, fixtures, counters, shelving, and other surfaces.
• Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Clean and maintain breakrooms and shared employee spaces.
• Clean conference rooms and arrange tables and chairs as needed.
• Respond to spills and other cleaning needs.
• Maintain custodial closets, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow cleaning, safety, security, and building access procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Employees may be required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Push and pull cleaning carts, trash containers, and equipment
• Lift, carry, move, and position up to 40 pounds
• Navigate stairs and varying indoor and outdoor walking surfaces
• Perform cleaning duties requiring frequent movement throughout the shift

Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

This position is performed primarily inside office buildings during evening hours.

Employees may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, moving equipment, wet or slippery surfaces, and other conditions associated with commercial cleaning. Overnight employees may work independently or with limited on-site supervision.
