Compass Group USA, ESFM division, seeks janitors for full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles at 3327 E Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057. Multiple shifts available; prior warehouse/janitorial experience preferred. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or warehouse cleanliness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning tasks (floors, rugs, walls, glass).
• Dusts and damp mops; moves furniture for cleaning.
• Cleans surfaces using approved materials and eight-step procedure.
• Sanitizes surfaces to maintain a safe environment.
• Washes walls, windows, and baseboards; reports issues.
• Completes tasks assigned by supervisor and follows guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
