Job summary

Magna Cosma International is seeking a reliable janitorial worker to support daily cleaning tasks across break areas, restrooms, and offices. You will operate floor cleaning equipment and ensure a safe, tidy factory environment for all employees.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. Training and PPE are provided, with benefits including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform bending, lifting, and kneeling as required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a fast paced factory environment and cooperate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Empties all trash cans and recyclables into appropriate bins.
• Cleans, sweeps and mops break areas, rest rooms and offices.
• Clean plant equipment when required and perform cleaning duties.
• Disinfect and clean areas, dispose of waste in labeled biohazard containers.
• Follow safety rules and regulations and practice proper hand hygiene.
