Job summary

Champion Foods LLC in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the bakery facilities, offices, restrooms, and common areas. The role ensures sanitary conditions and adherence to health and safety regulations.

You will follow PPE guidelines, manage supplies, complete documentation, and recycle where required. Minimum two years of janitorial experience is preferred; familiarity with cleaning chemicals is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position.

• Experience with chemicals, wet floors

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing floors in all areas of the offices, restrooms, and non-manufacturing areas.
• Keeping up with Janitorial documentation and check list and able to turn in a timely manner.
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste according to health and safety regulations, including recycling.
• Following all health and safety guidelines, using cleaning chemicals and equipment as instructed, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies, keeping inventory of the supplies needed to get through the day to day task.

Job Summary: The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bakery. The Janitor will adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
