HallKeen Management is seeking a qualified full-time Janitor/Cleaner at East Canton Apartments in Boston. The role includes daily upkeep of building common areas and grounds, trash removal preparation, and basic maintenance with snow removal responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic building maintenance and cleaning.

• Trash removal preparation including twice-weekly dumpster and recycle bin transfer for early morning city pick-up.
• General maintenance repairs and snow removal.
• On-call responsibilities for snow removal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
