Role Description

The Janitor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting; emptying trash and recycling; and restocking supplies. The role also involves maintaining equipment, following safety and cleaning protocols, and reporting maintenance or safety issues as needed. Janitors may interact with clients and building occupants, providing courteous assistance and responding to basic service requests. This position requires working on-site at assigned locations with consistent, reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Janitorial Services and Housekeeping tasks, including routine cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of facilities.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with clients and building occupants.
• Experience or willingness to participate in Training related to cleaning procedures, safety standards, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Basic understanding of Sales or service promotion is helpful for representing company services when interacting with clients.
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions and established cleaning schedules.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not required.
