Job summary

MSNW Group is seeking a Full-time Janitor Lead to maintain clean, organized, and safe environments across client sites. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality janitorial services, and support daily operations.

The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to travel to local job sites. Monday–Friday shifts, with evening hours, and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cleaning experience preferred
• Physically capable of standing and performing demanding tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally to different job sites
• Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Train and develop personnel
• Be competent in all janitorial skills and entry-level requirements
• Fill in for janitors as needed
• Perform weekly inspections with the Operations Supervisor or Manager
• Review weekly inspections with onsite staff
• Communicate conditions on site to the supervisor/manager
• Assist in organizing and supervising ongoing operations
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairs
• Maintain and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and clean facilities
• Maintain positive relations with clients

We are seeking a Full-time Janitor Lead who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

Shift

Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Pay

$23.34 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Train and develop personnel
• Competent in all janitorial skills and entry-level requirements
• Fill-in for janitors who are absent due to vacation, sickness, or other reasons
• Perform weekly inspections with or for the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager
• Responsible for reviewing weekly inspects with onsite janitorial staff
• Effective communication with Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager of all conditions existing on site
• Assist in organizing and supervising on-going operations
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Maintain, clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms throughout facilities.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning facilities
• Maintain positive work relations with client(s)
