ServiceMaster Clean in California is seeking a Janitorial Services Quality Assurance Manager to lead the cleaning team and uphold our high standards. You will supervise staff, inspect work, and stay hands-on when needed to ensure spotless facilities.

You’ll manage supplies, oversee lobbies, cafeterias, and restrooms, and foster a culture of safety and reliability. Strong attention to detail and leadership are essential for delivering consistently exceptional results.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:
