Job summary

Regal is seeking a janitorial team member in San Antonio, TX. You will maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, and non-public areas before opening. Responsibilities include reporting damages, securing items, and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Regular and Consistent Attendance.
• Cleaning all auditoriums prior to opening for business
• Ensuring all lobby and hallway areas are properly cleaned prior to opening for business
• Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked prior to opening for business
• Maintaining janitorial closets: clean, organized, stocked
• Operate equipment such as vacuums and compactor
• Report facility damage to General Manager
• Secure and report found items to management
• Maintain building security: doors, alarms as required
• Adhere to breaks and meal period laws
• Know safety and emergency procedures
• Read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination policies
• The work environment is moderate in noise; reasonable accommodations available

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Regular and Consistent Attendance
• Cleaning all auditoriums prior to opening for business
• Ensuring all lobby and hallway areas are properly cleaned prior to opening for business
• Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked prior to opening for business
• Ensuring the janitorial closet area is clean, organized and stocked with needed supplies
• Expected to use equipment such as vacuums and compactor
• Reporting any facility damage found to the General Manager
• Responsible for securing and reporting any found items to management.
• Maintain building security in keeping doors secured and alarm set and disabled as required (if applicable).
• Ensure all non-public areas are secure including arming, disarming and general operation of the alarm system.
• Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
• Have knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures.
• Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.

Pay Scale Information:

$14.50/hr
