  • Remove snow from entryways with snow blowers, shovels, and melting chemicals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for the general housekeeping and light maintenance of facility

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain floors free of all foreign debris by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
  • Gather and empty trash from offices, shop floor, Rest Rooms.
  • Prepare mixed water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
  • Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
  • Remove snow from entryways using snow blowers, snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals
  • Any additional duties as reasonably assigned by management.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1 year experience within janitorial work.
  • This position must meet Export Control Compliance requirements, therefore a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22.C.F.R. is required. For further details as to how a “U.S. Person” is determined, please see SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS below!
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Able to work varied shifts, overtime, and weekends when necessary.

  • May be required to travel to other site locations during the workday and would primarily be local during the business day.
