Job summary

Hilliary Communications LLC is seeking a Janitor to maintain cleanliness across company buildings, offices, and exterior grounds. You will perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restock supplies while ensuring restrooms and fixtures are sanitized and safe.

Good communication, ability to lift heavy objects, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is expected to support operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the building, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
• Performing routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and fixtures.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of windows and other glass surfaces.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
• Monitoring building security and safety by locking doors and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
