ShipMonk is hiring a Janitor for our Fulfillment Center. This role supports our fast-paced ecommerce operation with attention to detail and reliable attendance. You will work in a warehouse setting, standing for long periods and handling cleaning chemicals as part of daily duties.

No prior professional cleaning experience is required, but it is a plus. The position offers competitive starting pay and benefits after probation, with opportunities for growth and training in heavy equipment

What you'll do:

• No previous professional cleaning experience is required but it is always a plus!
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work with disinfectants and chemicals

What you'll need:

• Hard working, ability to learn new skills and related tasks, dependable and punctual
• Must be able to stand/walk for most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work assigned schedule
• Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment (Noise, temperature, fast-paced)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic understanding of written and spoken English
• Reliable transportation
