Job summary

ShipMonk in Louisville is hiring Seasonal / Full-Time Morning Shift Warehouse Associates to help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. You’ll use scanners and iPads, work in a fast-paced environment, and gain hands-on training while earning weekly pay.

No prior warehouse experience is required; you’ll be trained. You must be 18+, able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in English or Spanish. Seasonal role with potential to convert to regular employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience required—we’ll train you.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (noise, varying temperatures, and high energy).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish; bilingual welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy to prepare orders for shipping.
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently to keep fulfillment running.
• Rotate through receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects.
• Stay active and engaged in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Use scanners and iPads to improve speed and accuracy.
• Support other departments as needed.

Morning Shift Hours:

• DA: Sunday – Wednesday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• DC: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• DE: Wednesday – Saturday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• DF: Thursday – Sunday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• DS: Saturday – Tuesday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Seasonal Employment: This is a seasonal, full-time position. Seasonal associates may have the opportunity to convert to regular employment based on business needs and individual performance.Mandatory overtime (MOT) may be required based on business needs, particularly during peak season and other high-volume periods. This may include additional hours or scheduled workdays outside of the employee’s regular schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy and care, making sure every order is ready for its journey to a happy customer
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently, keeping our fulfillment network running smoothly
• Rotate through different warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects
• Stay active and engaged in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment
• Help maintain organization and a safe, clean workspace, making ShipMonk a great place to work
• Use the latest tech tools (scanners, iPads, handheld devices) to make your work faster and more accurate
• Jump in to support other departments whenever needed

What You’ll Bring:
