Job summary

Excel Facility Services in Lame Deer, MT is seeking a reliable janitor to provide excellent cleaning service in a part-time role. You will keep assigned areas clean and orderly, execute the scope of work for all locations, and report to management for scheduling and coverage.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, break room upkeep, restocking supplies, and ensuring doors are secure at night.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products
• Good attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean counters, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash cans and replace liners; clean receptacles as necessary
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe condition
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions
• Complete SOW as requested by the manager per location
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building
• Restock supplies in areas assigned
• Notify supervisor of repairs and maintenance needs
• Ensure doors are locked at night
• Report hours using Time and Attendance system
• Complete IVR or notify manager if issues arise
• Wear uniform and IDs at all times

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, you will be required to execute the scope of work for all assigned locations and locations assigned to you by management for coverage.

Janitor's Responsibilities:

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
