Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor to provide excellent cleaning service at locations in Jefferson City, MO. This part-time manual labor role requires you to follow the scope of work and maintain clean, orderly spaces.

You will vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, handle trash, and perform general cleaning tasks while adhering to safety rules. Uniform and ID wearing is required, with timekeeping and IVR reporting for hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building
• Restock supplies in areas assigned
• Maintain areas in attractive and clean condition and notify supervisor of repairs
• Participate in workshops, training, and seminars for job functions
• Request janitorial supplies to ensure adequate quantities
• Ensure doors are locked at night (if applicable)
• Must use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes
• Must complete IVR system or notify manager for issues
• Must wear uniform and IDs while working.
