Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor for part-time coverage in Debary, FL. You will keep assigned areas clean and follow the scope of work for all locations, ensuring safety and order.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 2:00pm, totaling 10 hours per week. Must wear uniform and ID; use time-tracking system; complete IVR if required; direct deposit available.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean counters, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners; clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls and light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow safety rules and use precautions.
• Complete SOW as directed by management per location.
• Perform general cleaning throughout the building.
• Restock supplies in assigned areas.
• Notify supervisor of repairs needed.
• Ensure doors are locked at night (if applicable).
• Report hours using Time and Attendance; complete IVR if applicable.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, you will be required to execute the scope of work for all assigned locations and locations assigned to you by management for coverage.

Janitor's Responsibilities:

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures
• Clean windows and mirrors

• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building

• Must use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes.
• Must complete IVR system if applicable or notify manager ASAP if any issues, not completing IVR to report services can affect hours paid.
• Must always wear uniform and IDs while working.
