Job description

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of an Experienced bilingual Janitor in Chicago, 60610. Short-term job The role involves providing thorough janitorial services for a residential building, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Daily duties include cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas such as the lobby, elevators, stairwells, and the laundry room.
• Assist contractors and staff, organize supply closets, and keep the front of the building free of litter.

Schedule

Tuesday-Thursday 7:00 am to 03.30 pm & Friday-Saturday from 11pm to 7:30am

Pay

Pay Rate: $21.67/hour bi-weekly pay.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• At least a year of custodial experience is preferred.
• A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
