Senior Suites of South Shore is looking for a dedicated janitor to maintain the cleanliness of public areas and offices, and to assist with apartment turnover when residents move out. You will follow safety practices and properly handle cleaning chemicals.

In this role you will maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine.

Job Description

• Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy.
• Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets.
• Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a bonus.
• You are somebody who takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean.
• You have good communication skills and can take direction from others.
• You have knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals.
