Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Excellent punctuality and daily attendance record.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, mop, and vacuum lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators
• Empty trash cans and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal in dumpster areas
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, elevator buttons, and handrails
