Chapman BMW Chandler is seeking a dependable Janitor to support our service department by keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe for technicians. No prior experience is required—we're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and be part of a team.

The role involves cleaning technician bays, removing debris, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring the facility is presentable and operating efficiently. Competitive hourly pay and Sunday closure are available.

Qualifications

No experience required – training provided.
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, lifting, bending, cleaning.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain technician work bays and service shop areas.
Remove trash, debris, and used materials from shop workspaces.
Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors in the service department.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of shop equipment and common areas.
Assist in keeping the service department safe, clean, and presentable.
Follow cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
Perform other janitorial and facility support duties as assigned.
