The position pays $17/hour with a 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, stocking supplies, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or automotive environment experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working in a large, active manufacturing facility.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Closed-toe safety shoes required; PPE may be required on site.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production, warehouse, office, breakroom, and restroom areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Refill paper products, soap, and other supplies.
• Wipe down surfaces and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Clean and remove dust, dirt, lint, fibers, oil, and other contaminants from designated areas.
• Use cleaning supplies, wipes, tack cloths, air blowers, and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness around an active manufacturing/production environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and facility requirements.
• Report spills, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Keep work areas organized and follow proper PPE requirements.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
