Job summary

Commercial Cleaning Corp in Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facility. You will perform vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal and basic upkeep across offices and common areas.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of janitorial experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a reliable means of transportation. A strong work ethic, stamina, and attention to detail are essential; flexible scheduling and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash daily.
• Clean windows and restrooms, and perform other basic cleaning duties.
• Wipe up spills with sponges and squeegees.
• Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs.
