Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
• Ensure all restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and tools to maintain hygiene standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team promptly.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
