Schedule: M- F 3pm-8pm with some flexibility 20 hours a week.
The Jan-Aid Crew Leader is responsible for being a lead worker managing a crew cleaning, coaching, training, documenting and transporting the crew to various sites to load and unload vans. This is a working position, which requires the ability to clean and has the ability to work well with clients and customers. Additionally, paperwork and computer skills are required to assure workers receive fair wages. Reporting on client progress/behaviors is required nightly at the end of each shift. The Jan-Aid program facilitates services for individualsfrom diverse backgrounds, embraces differences in individuals and promotes a positive attitude with peers and community members.

Education: High school or equivalent
Experience: One year in the cleaning industry and/or experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities - required
