Jaggers is looking for a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations. As a Managing Partner, you would be responsible for making sure that fresh food and exceptional service is delivered to our guests at all times. Responsibilities would include:

  1. Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the Management Team
  2. Directing work of Management Team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
  3. Managing performance of the Management Team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  4. Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
  5. Managing weekly and monthly P&L
  6. Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly and yearly inventories, and budgets
  7. Providing ultimate oversight and control over all food and labor costs
  8. Sales and labor planning
  9. Verifying daily Taste & Temp
  10. Verifying audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards are being maintained
  11. Planning annual party and fun outings for the staff
  12. Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
  13. Maintaining safety of our employees and guests at all times
  14. Overseeing all Local Store Marketing activities
  15. Overseeing development of key employees and Managers including training in employment policies and practices
  16. Maintaining culture and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for staff and Managers
  17. Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
  18. Partnering with all store vendors and support center contacts
  19. Attending weekly and quarterly regional meetings
