Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to read and understand English and identify items on paperwork.
• Effective verbal communication with supervisors and associates.
• Ability to be trained to use an electric jack safely.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct products are loaded and transported.
• Assemble merchandise for shipment.
• Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms using material handling equipment; stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested.
• Repack and weigh orders as necessary; report quality variances.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Constant walking throughout the plant to pick and deliver products.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in damp and cold environments.
• Bending and standing required.
• Willingness to work as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
