Reports to : JACK & JONES & JJXX, Country Retail Manager

Eager to create impactful store experiences and drive visual excellence? We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual presentation of our JACK & JONES & JJXX stores in the USA, ensuring optimal product placement, brand consistency, and a compelling customer journey to maximize sales and store performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Visual Merchandiser at JACK & JONES & JJXX, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, implementing retail activities, and ensuring each store delivers an inspiring customer experience. You’ll collaborate with store teams, track performance, and ensure the effective use of visual tools to create visually impactful spaces that support the growth of the brand.

BUYING & MERCHANDISING PLAN
  • Support the buying process with option counts, solutions, and customer journey insights.
  • Develop merchandising plans to ensure the optimal customer journey and product placement based on seasonal category performance across store areas.
IMPLEMENTATION
  • Communicate the merchandising plan to stores through the TO DO Month & TO DO Week using VM Inspiration tools.
  • Implement retail activities in stores to maximize turnover and gross profit.
  • Ensure relevant concepts are implemented in-store to drive performance.
  • Curate and display look to inspire customers and drive sales.
  • Merchandise stores with strong styling and clear communication to maximize visual impact.
OPERATION
  • Train, implement, and follow up on key visual merchandising tools.
  • Use JJ2GO to keep staff informed, inspired, and motivated.
  • Provide training to store teams to develop their visual merchandising skills.
FOLLOW UP
  • Conduct store visits to ensure the merchandising plan is implemented and performance is analyzed.
  • Train stores on using Money Mapping and follow up to ensure correct actions are taken.
  • Update and follow store checklists, meet deadlines, and provide feedback.
STORE OPENINGS
  • Create merchandising plans based on the store floor plan and market strategy.
  • Monitor store performance and suggest necessary actions.
RITUALS & MEASUREMENTS
  • DAILY : Sales Target review and implementation.
  • WEEKLY : Money Mapping follow-up to track performance.
  • MONTHLY : Performance tracking and analysis.
  • YEARLY : Overall store performance and visual merchandising effectiveness evaluation.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising, with a focus on fashion or menswear preferred.
  • Proven ability to implement and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Strong visual and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to collaborate with store teams and ensure consistency in visual standards.
  • Ability to analyze store performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize visual displays.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of how effective merchandising impacts brand perception and sales.
