Responsible for managing restaurant operations, in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for ensuring effective execution of the Service Profit Chain (SPC), and Brand Promise. Primary responsibilities include providing excellent internal and external service, building restaurant sales and profit, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; degree preferred.
Experience: 1+ years as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager internally; 3+ years as an Assistant Manager externally with P&L responsibility.
Skills: Effective communication, math proficiency, analytical skills, computer literacy, valid driver’s license, ServSafe certification.
Standing and walking most of the shift; lifting 10-65 lbs; operating equipment and driving.
Customer focus, adaptability, learning agility, problem-solving, leadership, integrity, motivation, and team building.
