The Wisconsin Army National Guard seeks a Cuops J3 Officer, PARA 201 LINE 01, O3, 01AO, to lead training, administration and logistics for a 13-person staff at the Joint Force Headquarters-Wisconsin in Madison, WI.

The role requires JOC leadership, crisis action planning, and coordination with partner commands, with duty location at 2400 Wright Street, Madison. Applicants must be eligible for WIARNG AGR and reside within 40 miles of JFHQ, Madison.

Formación

• Must be or become a member of the Wisconsin Army National Guard and qualify for MOS 01AO.
• Urinalysis/Drug Testing within 365 days of appointment date.
• Submit required documents (cover letter, forms, and supporting materials) as listed in the announcement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee training, administration, and logistics for a 13-person full-time staff within the JOC.
• Ensure 24/7 operations and shift scheduling for the JOC Command Post.
• Coordinate with NGCC, Wisconsin ANG Wing Command Posts, and Wisconsin Army National Guard Major Subordinate Commands to provide situational awareness.
