The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals. It comprises the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors, and Self-Directed digital investing platform. The combined business manages approximately $600 billion in Assets Under Management with around 5,000 advisors across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

As a Senior Product Associate in Wealth Management Servicing, you will leverage your expertise in product development to create innovative products that enhance the productivity of our operations and advisors. Your responsibilities include developing and refining the workstream’s roadmap, creating business requirements, driving execution, and supporting the products throughout their lifecycle in collaboration with various partners and stakeholders. You should demonstrate strong client focus, intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize and structure work effectively within deadlines. Candidates with backgrounds in technology, design, research, or operations are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to build, refine, and evolve the product roadmap.
2. Develop and maintain documentation such as scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and other materials supporting UX research, design, and development.
3. Evaluate information from multiple sources to ensure consistency, identify impacts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
4. Analyze product analytics, user research, market analysis, and company goals to inform product planning.
5. Facilitate QA testing in partnership with technology and product teams.
6. Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validations to ensure solutions meet requirements.
7. Support data-driven product development using web analytics, call center data, and client feedback.
8. Assist with escalations and provide expertise in resolving production issues and incidents.
9. Collaborate with peer product groups on complex, multi-faceted business initiatives.
10. Promote and advocate for the US Wealth Management team’s products, vision, and culture.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

1. 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or related fields.
2. Proficient understanding of the product development lifecycle.
3. Experience in product lifecycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
4. Growing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
