JOB GOAL: To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for teamwork and individual success, while promoting character, self-discipline and pride of accomplishment in student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training to promote teamwork and individual success.
• Promote character development, self-discipline, confidence, and pride in student athletes through modeling positive behavior.
• Pursue ongoing knowledge growth via coaching clinics and observations.

JOB GOAL: To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the coach must instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development, self discipline, self confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athletes. To upgrade his/her knowledge and skills through coaching clinics, observations, consultation, etc.
Stipend is $1,175.00 for the season.
