Qualifications

• Must be an international student or recent graduate.
• Enrolled in and completing a degree at an accredited institution.
• Junior, senior, or graduate student with at least two years of study.
• Meets J-1 eligibility including timing between studies and start.
• Motivated to participate in a structured training program.
• Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
