Baptist Health Arkansas in Little Rock is seeking an IVR/Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, organize, and deliver patient care within the scope of practice and hospital policies. The role collaborates with interventional teams to support safe Cath Lab/IVR procedures.
Qualifications include an accredited nursing program, Arkansas RN license, current CPR certification, and at least 18 months of Cath Lab or IVR experience. Working hours: 0700–1730, one day per week.

Summary:
The IVR and/or Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, organizing, and administering care within the scope of their training and expertise. This role involves collaborating with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes, in conjunction with the objectives and policies of the hospital and the Nurse Practice Act of the state of Arkansas.
The IVR and/or Cath Lab RN assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IVR) procedures. They work outside the procedure room’s sterile field by ensuring a clean and sterile environment, administering medications, implementing and maintaining counts, prepping for procedures, documenting procedures, monitoring the patient, staff, instruments, and equipment, and delivering specimens.
