The role involves architecting customer experience solutions, leading developers, and requires extensive IVR and coding experience. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in J2EE or .NET development, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality results. Qualifications

• 3+ years of IVR development experience.
• 5+ years of J2EE or .NET development experience.
• 3+ years working with speech standards.
• 5+ years of Eclipse or similar IDE experience.
• 2+ years of MVC based framework experience.
• Expert in OOD, OOP, and Design Patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team of developers.
