Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks an In-Vehicle Infotainment System Engineer to lead, execute, and deliver cross-generation Infotainment programs from a technical and architectural perspective.

You will design and architect end-to-end Infotainment software, manage cross-domain integrations, triage issues, and align vehicle milestones with stakeholders, including coordination with our teams in Japan. The role requires 3+ years in Infotainment design and development and strong UML/SysML, API

Qualifications

Must have experience with end-to-end Infotainment design and architecture.
Experience with UML/SysML diagrams for Infotainment.
Experience defining and reviewing Infotainment APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

Understand end-to-end Infotainment software design and architecture.
Understand cross-domain integrations and APIs used in Infotainment communications.
Triage in-market issues, including deep-dives in technical discussions and system reviews.
Communicate with quality and factory teams to align vehicle milestones and address risks with countermeasures.
Coordinate with stakeholders and headquarter teams (e.g., in Japan) to align SW release schedules.
