Responsibilities

• Prepare required paperwork and charts for daily patients, including lab results and consent forms.
• Perform daily data entry in accordance with SART requirements.
• Assist in shipping/receiving cryo-storage specimens and manage related inquiries.
• Maintain patient accounts and coordinate information flow for deadlines.
• Support embryology staff and communicate with clinical teams.
