The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and self-directed, with proven advanced patient communication skills and nursing licensure in Washington. Rural satellite coverage may occur.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and WA RN licensure in process or current WA RN license.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Experience with EMR, basic office software, and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate IVF cycles with physicians and patients, including tests and treatment plans.
• Triage patient calls about medications, plans, and results; maintain charting and flow sheets.
• Provide education on infertility evaluations, medications, protocols, and procedures.
• Support ART processes and egg donation cycles; cross-train in related duties as needed.
• Maintain smooth, personal patient experiences through thoughtful patient care.

Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the-art clinic offering a wide variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced fertility technologies, has a unique opportunity for an RN. We are looking for an IVF Coordinator-RN to join our team in Bellevue! The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn fertility nursing alongside our multidisciplinary team and proven advanced patient communication skills. RN coordinators are an integral part of our team and vital to helping us create a smooth and personal experience for each of our patients. The candidate must be energetic, organized, and self-directed with strong communication skills.General Duties:· Responsible for the ongoing communication between the physician and the patient· Triage phone calls with patients regarding patient medication, treatment plans, and test results· Maintain patient charting, testing, and flow sheets· Utilize skill and judgment in applying basic principles of professional nursing· Patient education on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols, and procedures· Support patients through the assisted reproductive technology (ART) process and egg donors through donation cycles· Coordinate patient cycles with the physicians, including all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans· Ability to cross-train and assist in other departments, including (but not limited to) PACU/procedure assisting, clinic rooming, phlebotomy· Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, scheduled to take NCLEX for Washington State RN licensure in the next three months OR current licensure for Registered Nurse in the State of Washington· CPR Certification (Healthcare provider level)· Experienced in EMR, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; SharePoint a plus.We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits along with opportunities for growth and advancement.
