Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Staff Nurse for the BWH IVF Clinic on a part-time, onsite basis in Boston. The role spans 32 hours per week with every-other-weekend coverage for a temporary duration of about six months, with potential extension based on clinical needs.

The incumbent will provide direct patient care, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced IVF setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with current Massachusetts registration.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for newly licensed nurses.
• Clinical nursing experience: 2 years required.
• IVF care coordination and triage experience preferred.
• IVF procedural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for assigned patients.
• Set priorities when organizing care for patients with varying acuity; ensure clear communication.
• Document care according to nursing standards; ensure accurate and complete charting.
• Collaborate with the care team; participate in unit-based and organizational quality programs.
