Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Fertility Care Associate - Manhattan, OBGYN (IVF) to serve as the patient liaison for treatments at the NYUL Fertility Center. You will educate patients, schedule testing, coordinate among caregivers, and ensure smooth processes from intake to completion.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and experience with EMR/EPIC systems, with the team supporting compassionate patient care in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 1–2 years medical office and patient experience in a fertility program.
• College degree may substitute for experience depending on overall qualifications.
• Outgoing, organized, detail oriented and able to multi task in a busy fertility setting.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.
• Experience handling EMR/EPIC, CRMs and online platforms is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients after MD visits to explain next steps and schedule care.
• Coordinate infertility testing and treatment plans including IVF/EF, Egg THAW and FET.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, billing, authorization and lab staff to coordinate care.
• Assert appropriate scheduling, reservations and changes as needed.
• Provide patient education materials, calendars and test results.
