Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages individualized, outcome oriented nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develops and documents an individualized plan of care and outcomes.
• Performs medication administration, reconciliation, and documentation per policy.
• Ensures safety and compliance with infection control and privacy policies.
• Communicates plan of day and facilitates timely discharge/transfer as needed.
• Maintains professional development and adherence to MA Nurse Practice Act.
