Job summary

Qualifications

• Credentialed as either an RN, EMT, Paramedic, ADN, or LPN.
• 2 years minimum of vascular access or infusion experience.
• Strong venous access skills including ability to access peripheral veins.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV’s and run fluid therapy for intravenous process.
• Monitor the client’s response to treatment.
• Manage and prevent infections.
• Assess the client’s physical health including vital signs, etc.
• Identify contradictions to intravenous therapy.
