Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 2+ years of vascular access or IV infusion therapy experience.
• Strong peripheral vein access skills.
• Solid grasp of anatomy and clinical assessment.
• Excellent communicator with patients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Start and monitor IV therapy with precision.
• Conduct health assessments including vitals and contraindication screening.
• Educate clients on their therapy and what to expect.
• Build genuine rapport to convert first-timers into regular clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation during each session.
• Support smooth clinic operations and a positive team environment.
