Job summary

Hydration Room in California is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer IV and injection therapies, educate patients, and promote wellness through guidance on nutrition and preventive care.

This full-time position offers 4–5 eight-hour shifts weekly with three weekend shifts per month; base pay $53 per hour plus tips up to $15 per hour. Locations include Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, Porter Ranch and North Hollywood, with generous benefits and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN or diploma in nursing required.
• Valid RN License with no sanctions.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures.
• Proficient in patient charting systems and scheduling software.
• Understanding of great customer service and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.
• Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers.
• Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics.
• Maintain documentation of patient care services.
• Train new staff.
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Uphold Hydration Room core values and guidelines.
