Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD invites qualified IV Therapy Registered Nurses to join our team. You will perform IV access tasks, participate in PICC line management, and contribute to central line audits while upholding patient safety.

We require MD-licensed RNs with at least one year of experience and CPR/BLS certification; CRNI is preferred. Benefits include competitive health plans, retirement, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Maryland, or eligible, with at least one year of experience.
• Diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school or enrolled in BSN program.
• CPR for Health Care Provider (BLS) required.
• CRNI certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounding, IV access assessment and PICC line care.
• Educate staff on IV management and infection control practices.
• Participate in nursing councils and quality initiatives related to vascular access.
