Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) IV Therapy Float (FT Days) 7am-7pm. The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care under the Wellstar governance model.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and must maintain state license.
• Good standing with relevant nursing board.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborates with patients and families using bedside shift report and rounds.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance.
