Collective Wellness in the Little Rock area is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join our clinical team. This full-time role focuses on phlebotomy, IV therapy, and injections in a patient‑centered wellness setting.

You'll draw blood, start IVs, document care, and educate patients while delivering compassionate, professional service under established protocols. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and excited to contribute to preventive care in a modern, upbeat environment.

Competenze

• Active Arkansas LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Strong phlebotomy and IV placement skills.
• Experience administering medical injections.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently within established protocols.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Interest in wellness and preventative care.
• Willingness to learn and expand clinical skills.
• Previous IV therapy and phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection
• Start IVs and administer IV therapy under established provider orders and protocols
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections
• Obtain and document vital signs and pertinent patient information
• Monitor patients during treatments and infusions
• Provide treatment education as directed by the provider
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain appropriate clinical supplies
• Follow established safety, infection-control and medication protocols
• Assist with inventory and day-to-day clinical operations
