Qualifications

• Active Arkansas LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Strong phlebotomy and IV placement skills.
• Experience administering medical injections.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection.
• Start IVs and administer IV therapy under established provider orders and protocols.
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections.
• Obtain and document vital signs and pertinent patient information.
• Monitor patients during treatments and infusions.
• Provide treatment education as directed by the provider.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain appropriate clinical supplies.
• Follow established safety, infection-control and medication protocols.
• Assist with inventory and day-to-day clinical operations.
