InfuCare Rx, Inc. is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to support patients in Deerfield Beach and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes delivering IV therapy, performing high-quality nursing care, and ensuring patient safety in the home setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with 3 years of RN experience preferred, and a background in home care is a plus. CPR current; ability to pass background and drug screening; and eligibility to work in the US are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred, ideally with home care.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in nursing or equivalent program.
• Current CPR.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.

Responsabilités

• Use nursing skills to observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve positive patient care outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients and listen to concerns, relay to the nursing team.
• Administer IV therapy.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
