Job summary

RemediSeniorCare, a division of ClarestHealth, seeks a nationally certified IV Pharmacy Technician to join our Euclid, OH closed-door facility team. The role supports long-term care residents, ensuring accurate IV mixing, sterile technique, and meticulous documentation.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (every other weekend), with a competitive hourly wage and shift differential. Comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be Nationally Certified as a Pharmacy Technician through PTCB or NHA.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ohio Pharmacy Technician certification (in good standing).
• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred. Sterile compounding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the filling of IV orders, including mixing of IV medications and applying sterile techniques as applicable to the job.
• Responsible for sending supplies and equipment to facilities.
• Responsible for maintaining IV mixing records.
• Responsible for programming all infusion pumps.
• Responsible for data entry of all IV orders.
• Responsible for ordering supplies from various vendors.
• Perform other tasks as required and shifts as requested by management.
• Maintain IV-pharmacy related equipment and supplies in the equipment rental log.
• Contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement of client services, policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct, compliance policies, and report any violations.
• Participate in special projects to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Work with others in a positive, productive manner and adapt to responsibilities.

KeyResponsibilities

• Responsible for the filling of IV orders to include,butnot limited to, mixing of IV medications, mathematicallycalculatedoses, apply all sterile techniques as applicable to the job.
• Responsible for sending supplies and equipment to facilities
• Responsible for maintaining all IV mixing records.
• Responsible for performing regular cleaning and maintenancecheckon all equipment
• Responsible for the programming of all infusion pumps
• Responsible for the data entry of all applicable I.V. orders
• Responsible for the ordering of supplies from various vendors
• Perform other tasks as required
• Perform technician assignments as requested by the pharmacy management.
• Maintain all IV-pharmacy related equipment and supplies in the equipment rental log.
• Actively contributes to the evaluation and continuous improvement of client services, policies and procedures.
• Assists with ensuring safety policy and procedures are practiced and adhered.
• Participates in special projects to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Abilityto work with others in a positive productive manner anticipates and responds to theposition’sareas of responsibilities.
• Must adhere toClarest’sCode of Conduct, followClarestCompliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
